Here’s an interesting exercise:

Imagine that for the next week you will only be able to work six hours a day. When the six hours are over, no phone calls, no emails, no meetings, no work!What would you do differently? Which meetings would you attend? How would you handle your emails and phone calls? How much time would you spend on social media? What projects would you work on? What projects would you put off or delegate to someone else?

There’s a lot of truth in the saying: “If want to be sure something gets done, give it to a busy person.” Where would you spend those precious six hours and how much more would you be able to get done?

Try this exercise for a day, a week, or even a month and let me know the results.
