This week’s question is based on the idea of New Year’s resolutions. Instead of just setting business goals or resolutions for yourself, ask your people what you can do to help them improve their performance or meet their goals. (Example result: “My resolution/intent is to help Jane get promoted, be more efficient, etc.)
