When we survey business owners and managers and ask: Why do your best employees stay with you?, the most frequent response is because of their “family-friendly culture.”
Whether this is your culture now or one you aspire to, I suggest you reframe it just a bit to “family-friendly team.”
Team members know they must meet certain standards or they could be cut while, as we all know, you can’t fire family.
