The Key to a Great Interview

Whether you are being interviewed for a job or are interviewing a job applicant, the key to a great interview is to put on a great ACT:

          A = be authentic (either as the applicant or as the potential employer)

          C = connect (relate to the interviewer or applicant as well as to the job and the organization)

          T = taste (give the applicant or the potential employer a taste of who and what you really are)
