Survey results are always making the news and can sometimes be alarming. I just read one report that 71% of hourly employees are looking for a new job. If you depend on your frontline, hourly workforce, this kind of news could ruin your day, but it shouldn’t.
No matter how many workers were polled and what the results were, all that really matters is how many of your people are looking. Surveys are useful for the questions they ask, not necessarily for the data they deliver.
