Why Employees Quit

They quit because:

1. They can,
2. They want to,
3. They have other options,
4. But, the main reason they quit is because no one made them feel valued and appreciated on the job.

It takes a lot of effort and/or courage to find a new job, so things must have been really bad. Anyone quit on you lately? Do you know the real reason why? (Even though they said it was “for the money” and they may have gotten more money, more money is not what caused them to start a job search.)
