1. Only let A-players on your team.
  2. Really listen to your employees; ask for input and have on going conversations.
  3. Deliver what you promised your employees when you hired them.
  4. Find out who your employees really are and what they value.
  5. Empower your managers to take care of your employees.
  6. Train them so well that they could take their skills and abilities elsewhere, but treat them so well that they won’t ever want to leave.
