When you have jobs that are really tough to fill, one option is to look in places you normally wouldn’t. There 
are people with tremendous potential in each of these groups if they could just be given a chance. They include applicants:
- With criminal records
- Who have been fired or laid-off
- With disabilities
- Who have gaps in their employment records
