Blog2Dissatisfaction with bosses or coworkers is one of the most common reasons people leave their jobs. So, at some point in time, you are more than likely to find yourself saddled with a rude or inconsiderate boss or a lazy co-worker who isn’t pulling their fair share or who indulges in malicious gossip or other inappropriate behaviors.

If this happens, be mindful that your goal is to fix the problem, not the blame. If a situation gets to the point where you need to say something about it, restrict your comments to what is or is not is being done. Forego the temptation to tell the other person what an absolute jerk he or she is. No matter how appealing that seems, the reality is it can come back to bite you at the most damaging time — like when you’re applying for a better job.
