To Hire or Not to Hire…

When making a hiring decision, it pays to look for three very specific things:

1. Can Do – Has the relevant capabilities (skills, talent, training, experience) and capacities (physical abilities and intelligence).
2. Will Do – Self-motivation and attitudes.
3. Fit To – Will be accepted, feel comfortable, and thrive within the work group.
