Great Managers Don’t Care about Generational Differences

There are differences in individuals, there are differences in cultures, there are biological differences and the list could go on and on. But great managers learn to manage people as individuals, not as groups. When you classify employees by generations, you do a disservice to them and to yourself.

P.S. Lots of consultants talk about generational differences when they should focus on communications and management skills.
