- What do you routinely do to make sure you meet deadlines? (You should hear things like repeating back orders/requests, using a calendar system to track their work, etc.)
- What is the first thing you do when you realize a deadline might be missed?
- Tell me about a deadline you missed, why you missed it, and what you do now to prevent that from happening again.
- Give me some examples of big goals or deadlines you’ve met and how you did it.
