According to Indeed.com, 65% of their clients who find work are back looking at online job boards within 90 days. This can only be because either:
- They quickly became completely disenchanted with their new employer or, more likely,
- They did not remove their resumes and notification requests from the job board and are being alerted to all new opportunities as they arise.
